4. AI Processing
Your case information and evidence are processed by artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to structure your evidence packet. Important points:
- AI processing is solely for generating your evidence packet
- We use OpenAI's API with data processing agreements in place
- We have opted out of having your data used for AI model training where such options are available
- AI-generated content should be reviewed carefully before use
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Account Information: Retained until you delete your account
- Uploaded Evidence Files: Automatically deleted 30 days after upload
- Generated Packets: Available for download for 30 days after creation, then deleted
- Case Metadata: Basic case information (title, status, dates) may be retained for service improvement
- Payment Records: Retained as required by law and for accounting purposes
