• AI-generated content should be reviewed carefully before use

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account Information: Retained until you delete your account
• Uploaded Evidence Files: Automatically deleted 30 days after upload
• Generated Packets: Available for download for 30 days after creation, then deleted
• Case Metadata: Basic case information (title, status, dates) may be retained for service improvement
• Payment Records: Retained as required by law and for accounting purposes
